This is what I call a proper resistance band, great quality. I have tried a few of these kind of bands from other brands and they tend to snap after sometime but I don't think that's going to happen with this one. Great product will recommend.

I got my resistance band last year and I still use them till this day. Very useful, love how I can use it on my lower and upper body during workouts. I got results just after a week.
